We want you to love your order from The Maker’s Mill. Each piece we create is custom made with care, and we take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always make it right.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we’ve made an error with the engraving or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@themakersmill.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

As all our items are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Spelling errors or details provided incorrectly by the customer

  • Colour or grain variations in natural timber (we think that’s part of the charm!)

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged in transit, we’ll do our best to help resolve it. Once an item has been shipped, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control, but we’ll assist with tracking or claims where possible.
