Returns Policy
At The Maker’s Mill, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and personalised to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We do, however, want you to be completely happy with your order — so if something isn’t quite right, please reach out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at hello@themakersmill.com.au.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly. We’ll organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Personalised Orders
As each piece is individually made, we can’t offer returns for:

Change of mind

Errors in details provided by the customer (such as spelling or dates)

Natural variations in the timber grain, texture, or tone — each piece is beautifully unique!
Please check all details carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within 14 days of approval. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
